Shipping Policy
Pieces sold by SwordTune Digital Artworks are shipped online via the client's email address in the form of a full-resolution PNG file. No additions or alterations will be made to the requested art piece once the client has agreed to the final image AND the final file has been delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Payments for commissions will be made after a free consultation and the preliminary sketch/linework has been approved by the client.
The client may revise, alter, or cancel their initial request within 24 hours of payment. A full refund shall be provided if and only if the client cancels within the 24 hour grace period.
